Russell Crossroads is a new town center located in the heart of Russell Lands’ 25,000 acres on Lake Martin. Currently under development, Russell Crossroads will eventually become a central commercial district reminiscent of rural southern towns in the 1920’s.

SpringHouse Restaurant will be the third building to arrive at Russell Crossroads. Set to open in April 2009, this handsome restaurant will offer fine dining in a casual atmosphere with a stunning view of the surrounding meadows, forest, and distant Lake Martin.

Lake Martin Resource Association Swells to 1,500 Members
LMRA was founded in the 1960’s by a group of concerned citizens as a non-profit vehicle for the purpose of looking after the interests of Lake Martin. Ben Russell, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Russell Lands, now serves as President of the association. A new structure, important goals, and dedicated efforts caused the membership to swell to 1,500 strong in 2008.
